I paid but can't access my chapters. What do I do?

Can I get a refund?

My school wants to use NeetLab for 200 students. Is there a bulk plan?
Absolutely. We offer institutional pricing for coaching centres, schools, and colleges. Email [email protected] with your institution name and number of students for a custom quote.
A chapter I need isn't available yet. Can I request it?
Yes — we build simulation requests. Use the "Suggest a Simulation" form or email [email protected]. Most requests are addressed within 2-3 weeks, and Full Pack users get notified first when new content drops.
Are simulations available in Hindi and other regional languages?
Yes. The platform UI and simulation labels are available in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. Full voiceover support is coming in Q4 2025.
