If NEET 2026 is your target and you have 90 days, this plan is built for you. We mapped all 98 NCERT chapters across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to a day-by-day schedule — ordered not alphabetically or by textbook sequence, but by NEET weightage combined with concept dependency.
The result is a plan that front-loads high-yield chapters, uses simulations for the visual-heavy topics, and builds in dedicated revision cycles every 30 days. Here's how it works.
How this plan was built: We analysed 5 years of NEET papers (2020-2024) to calculate chapter-wise mark contribution, then ordered topics so that foundational concepts always precede dependent ones. Biology gets the most time (50%), Physics 30%, Chemistry 20% — matching NEET's actual mark distribution.
Phase Structure: 3 Months × 30 Days
High-Yield Foundation
Cover the chapters that contribute the most marks and form the backbone of harder topics. Do one simulation session per chapter. Don't chase perfection — aim for 70% accuracy on chapter MCQs before moving on.
Complete Coverage + First Revision
Cover all remaining chapters, including the lower-weightage ones. Days 29-30 are full revision of Phase 1 material. At the end of Phase 2, run a full-length mock test. Your score here is your baseline — don't be discouraged.
Intensive Revision + Mock Exams
No new chapters. 100% revision, mock tests, and targeted simulator sessions on weak spots. Run 2 full-length mocks per week. Use the MCQ diagnostic workflow to identify and fix the specific concepts you're dropping.
Phase 1: Chapter Order (Days 1-30)
Biology (Days 1-16)
- Days 1-2: Cell: The Unit of Life (Cell organelles, cell theory) — use cell structure simulator
- Days 3-4: Cell Division — Mitosis and Meiosis — use cell division simulator
- Days 5-6: Molecular Basis of Inheritance (DNA replication, transcription, translation)
- Days 7-8: Principles of Inheritance and Variation (Mendelian genetics, dihybrid cross)
- Days 9-10: Photosynthesis in Higher Plants — use photosynthesis simulator
- Days 11-12: Respiration in Plants (Glycolysis, Krebs cycle, ETC)
- Days 13-14: Human Reproduction (Gametogenesis, fertilisation, embryology)
- Days 15-16: Reproductive Health + Revision of Days 1-14
Physics (Days 17-24)
- Days 17-18: Electromagnetic Induction — use EM Induction simulator
- Days 19-20: Ray Optics and Optical Instruments — use Ray Optics simulator
- Days 21-22: Current Electricity (Kirchhoff's laws, Wheatstone bridge)
- Days 23-24: Laws of Motion + Work Energy Theorem
Chemistry (Days 25-30)
- Days 25-26: Electrochemistry — use electrochemistry simulator
- Days 27-28: Chemical Kinetics — use kinetics simulator
- Days 29-30: Coordination Compounds (Nomenclature, isomerism, bonding theories)
Phase 2 Priority Order (Days 31-60)

- p-Block, d/f-Block Elements
- Solutions, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium
- Solid State, Surface Chemistry, Polymers
PHASE 2 RULE
If a chapter feels solid after the simulation + 10 MCQs, move on. If you're below 60% on chapter MCQs, spend one extra day — but never more than two days on any single chapter in Phase 2. Coverage beats perfection at this stage.
Phase 3: Revision Protocol (Days 61-90)
- Mock tests (2× per week): Full 200-question NEET format, timed 3 hours 20 minutes
- Weak chapter targeting: After each mock, identify the 3 chapters with the lowest accuracy. Spend one simulation session on each before the next mock.
- Biology factual revision: Dedicated 45 minutes daily for taxonomy, morphology, and ecology facts — these are memory-dependent, not concept-dependent
- Formula sheets: Physics and Chemistry formula revision — 20 minutes daily
- Days 88-90: Light revision only. No new information. Sleep 8 hours.
